Okay.

So there's a month of summer left. Four weeks. I haven't written as much this summer as I'd have liked, but that's all right. I did write some, and I've read some, and it's been nice not to have too many obligations and the like. I submitted a story for publication - still waiting for the auto-reject on that one, and then I will start shopping it around to other publishers. (Note to self: Get a list ready.)

I do want to get a few things in particular done, though. So here they are:


Uno: Get the first draft of Blue Goo done. It doesn't need to be perfect, but it DOES need to be complete.

Dos: Write a story for my proposal on crimsonata that I feel good about.

Tres: Finish that story I started a couple of weeks ago, possibly with multiple endings, just for the hell of it.


There are a few other things kicking around that I'd like to finish, but these three are going to be my priority for the next month.


That said, this week (starting tomorrow) has been deemed "Edit The Crap Out Mah Novel Week". I want to get a good hour of editing done every day. I would start tonight (and maybe I will, a little later) but HOLY LORD, IS IT EVER HOT. Excuse me whist I go melt, thanks.
