How's about we enter in the August Writing Contest on Fantasy-Writers.org? It sounds like it'd be a riot!

I will, I will finish "Splintered Soul" within the week, no matter how awful a first draft it is. So help me, I'll do it. You hear that, people? It's going to suck, it's going to stink but it will be bloody well done already.

Yeah, I plan to do that for kicks. Dunno what, if anything, the prize is, but hell, t'will be good for practice!

I think it's something somewhat lame, like "getting your story featured as a winner on the site! Like, yay!"

But yeah, it'd be a "writing challenge" of sorts.

Speaking of "writing challenges", once I finally finish @#$!@($#$#&ing "Splintered Soul" I'll finish the OTHER ones in the queue and maybe (someday) we can keep going with it. Eventually. *laughs*
