That's right - I just wrote 7,000 words in one sitting. The funny thing is that I could easily keep going, but I need to do those silly things like "eat" and "go arrange songs for a gig next weekend" and "work". The good news (what, 7,000 words in one sitting wasn't good enough?!) is that my story has officially stepped up into high gear. Now it's just a matter of going through the motions, taking my characters through the rest of the plot, and praying to whatever deity will listen that I don't hit the end before 50,000 rolls around.

Chapters Four, Five and Six should be coming this evening. And myabe chapter seven, if I don't keel over first.

Heh. I remember doing that a couple of years back. Turned out really well, too, got my whole novel done between November 3 and Remembrance Day.
